  • Corporate Profile Information

To update the data, the Business Representative of the Corporate Account must complete the following steps:

    Enter to corporate.aeromexicorewards.com, Log in and go to the Corporate Profile section.

    Important: Only the Business Representative may modify the information in the Company's Corporate Account.

    Click on the Update your information button and verify the General Information of the Company:
    -Business name
    -RFC
    -Turn
    -Tradename

    To update the Company´s general information it is necessary to send the requested documents. Once we receive all the information our agents will proceed to make the corresponding changes.

    Verify the Company's Contact Information:
    -Address
    -Email
    -Phone number

    If any adjustment is necessary, the Business Representative may make the change manually.

    Finally, in the Business Representatives and Contacts section, it will be possible to manage who will have access to the information of the Corporate Account.

    Remember, those Employees who are enrolled in the Individual Program also earn Aeroméxico Rewards Points for their Business Trips.

  • Tier Cards Assignment

Your Company can obtain Gold and Platinum Tier Cards at no cost according to its billing with Aeroméxico to provide your Co-workers with exclusive benefits during their Business flights. The Business Representative may complete the assignment of Tier Cards from the Corporate Profile as shown below:

    Enter to corporate.aeromexicorewards.com, Log in and go to the Corporate Profile section.

    Important: Only the Business Representative may modify the information in the Company's Corporate Account.

    Enter the Cards and Memberships section to check the number of Tier Cards and Premier Lounges Accesses assigned to the Company.
  • 3

    Click on the Assign Card button and enter the details of the Co-workers to whom you want to assign the Tier so that they may enjoy exclusive benefits on their Business Trips.

    Remember that the Aeroméxico Rewards Aeroméxico Tier will be linked to the Personal Account Number of your Employee, who may also check the assigned Tier directly in the Aeroméxico Rewards App.
