Our priority is that your employees travel safely and with peace of mind on their business trips

That is why we invite you to consult the latest updates in the Air France-KLM Group Rebook Policy for COVID-19 tests prior prior to the next business journey of your employees.

  • Travel prepared in COVID-19 times

Air France and KLM recommend that you carefully check Air France and KLM TravelDoc, as travel requirements and restrictions change regularly, regardless of your travel origin and/or destination.

If you travel to France as your end destination, you must show a negative COVID-19 test result, not older than 72 hours, before boarding. Also, you may need travel certificates and be required to self-quarantine upon arrival. Read more on airfrance.com and the French government website.

As of 16 March 2021, the COVID test policy below will change. The following changes have been announced by Dutch government.

Transfer passenger who transfer in the Netherlands and continue travelling by aircraft only need to show a NAAT (PCR) test result issued within 72 hours before arrival in Amsterdam. An additional rapid test is no longer necessary for transfer passengers.

All passenger ( aged 13 and up) from high-risk countries must present a negative rapid test result issued within 24 hours before boarding (this used to be 4 hours) and a negative NAAT (PCR) test result issued within 72 hours before arrival in Amsterdam.

  • Rebook policy for mandatory COVID-19 test

Air France and KLM offer a dedicated PCR test and rapid test rebook policy in the Air France and KLM COVID-19 rebook policy. Customers can be rebooked if they need to provide mandatory negative PCR tests or a negative rapid antigen test in order to travel to or via a specific country but are not able to provide the test results in time.
