Transfer Aeromexico Rewards Points from Aeromexico Rewards Business accounts to Aeromexico Rewards Individual accounts.

Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Transfer of Aeromexico Rewards Points from Aeromexico Rewards Business accounts to Aeromexico Rewards Individual accounts, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions.

Glossary

• Aeromexico Rewards Business Account: Account for companies enrolled in the Aeromexico Rewards Business program.
• Aeromexico Rewards Individual Account: Account of an individual enrolled in the Aeromexico Rewards loyalty program.
• Business Representative: Person assigned by the Company Aeromexico Rewards Business account for the administration and management of benefits, data and access to the account.
• Authorized Contact: Person assigned by the Aeromexico Rewards Business Representative to assist with the management of the account.

Validity

The term will be effective from July 1st, 2024.

Description

The Business Representative may transfer points from the Aeromexico Rewards Business account to individual Aeromexico Rewards accounts under the following conditions:

1. The Business Representative must log in to the company's account at https://business.aeromexicorewards.com/.
2. Go to the “points transfers” section.
3. Select the option “my group” and “add new” to enter the information of the Aeromexico Rewards member who will receive the points transfer.
4. The Aeromexico Rewards member will receive an email to confirm their membership in the Aeromexico Rewards Business account group.
5. After successfully adding the member to the group, select the partner and the amount of points to transfer.
6. Enter the security code that the business representative will receive in the email registered in your Aeromexico Rewards account.
7. Business Representatives must assign the beneficiaries of the points transfer exclusively on the site https://business.aeromexicorewards.com/.

Restrictions

• Transfers will be made in blocks of 1,000 points.
• The Business Representative of the Aeromexico Rewards Business account is the only person who can assign beneficiaries and transfer points to Aeromexico Rewards accounts.
• The Business Representative must confirm the transfer of points by means of an email received in his/her email inbox.
• The transfer of points will be unidirectional from the Aeromexico Rewards Business account to the Aeromexico Rewards Individual accounts.
• Transfers are final and are not subject to claims and/or refunds.
• Only Business Representatives of Aeromexico Rewards Business accounts will be able to transfer points, it is their responsibility to verify the beneficiaries' data and confirm the transactions.
• When making a transaction, the Business Representative will receive an email registered in his/her Aeromexico Rewards account for confirmation and authorization of the transaction, in case of not proceeding with the confirmation, the points transfer will not be processed.

 

Fraud

Aeromexico Rewards Business reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate should it detect frauds, fraudulent conducts or wrongdoing by Companies in Aeromexico Rewards Business accounts.

PLM Premier, S.A.P.I. de C.V. reserves the right to suspend any Aeromexico Rewards Business Company temporarily or to terminate it definitively from the Program for failure to comply with Aeromexico Rewards Business’s Terms and Conditions or in order to protect its interests, notifying the Aeromexico Rewards Business Company in writing 24 (twenty-four) hours in advance. Temporary suspension shall result in the Aeromexico Rewards Business account being disabled during its term. During said term, the Aeromexico Rewards Business Company shall thus be unable to credit Points to their Aeromexico Rewards Business account and to Redeem or Exchange Points credited to their Aeromexico Rewards Business account. All Benefits generally granted to Aeromexico Rewards Business Companies shall also be suspended.

Definitive termination shall result in the definitive cancellation of the Aeromexico Rewards Business account, of any Points accredited to it and of all Benefits granted to Aeromexico Rewards Business Companies.

 

Personal Data

Any processing of personal data by Aeromexico Rewards Business, as well as the exercise of ARCO Rights by the Aeromexico Rewards Business Company, shall be done in accordance with the Law and Regulations applicable in the United Mexican States, and in compliance with the provisions of the Aeromexico Rewards Business Privacy Notice, which you accepted prior to signing up for Aeromexico Rewards Business (to review the Privacy Notice, please go to https://business.aeromexicorewards.com/ )

In accordance with the Federal Act for the Prevention and Identification of Transactions with Illegal Proceeds and as a result from certain activities by the Aeromexico Rewards Business Company which are deemed sensitive by the authorities, Aeromexico Rewards Business shall share your Personal Data with the relevant authorities.

The information contained in Notices given to the relevant authorities shall be used exclusively to prevent, identify, investigate and sanction transactions with illegal proceeds and associated crimes. The afore mentioned personal data shall be safeguarded under the terms of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States.

Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, in connection with their interpretation or compliance, shall be governed by the Law and jurisdiction of the competent Courts in Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of subject-matter or present or future address.
