ACCUMULATION MODEL OF AEROMEXICO REWARDS POINTS FOR CARGO SERVICES ON FLIGHTS OPERATED BY AEROMÉXICO CARGO, FOR BUSINESSES ENROLLED IN AEROMEXICO REWARDS BUSINESS.

Glossary

  • Aeromexico Rewards Point Accumulation - Refers to the allocation of Aeromexico Rewards Points to the Aeromexico Rewards Business Account of an Aeromexico Rewards Business Company, for the purchase of cargo services provided by Aeroméxico Cargo, once the Aeromexico Rewards Business Companies complete the journey of their service, i.e., once the cargo service is registered as flown by the respective airline. The accumulation applies to the Aeromexico Rewards Business Account of the performing Company, in accordance with the current rules for Accumulation in these terms and conditions.
  • Aeroméxico Cargo Level - Refers to the Levels obtained by the Aeromexico Rewards Business Company based on its annual volume with Aeroméxico Cargo, which can grant additional benefits to its employees or members. These levels, as well as the expenditure with Aeroméxico Cargo, do not impact the annual expenditure level on flights with Aeroméxico of the Aeromexico Rewards Business accounts, nor the benefits they provide.

Mechanism for Accumulation of Aeromexico Rewards Points with Aeroméxico Cargo.

  • The time available for accumulating kilograms is 12 months (January 1st to December 31st). From January 1st to December 31st of the calendar year, Aeromexico Rewards Business Companies can accumulate Aeromexico Rewards Points for their cargo transported with Aeroméxico Cargo.
  • In case of not accumulating enough kilograms to maintain the level, the Company will drop to the corresponding level based on the accumulated kilograms during the accumulation period.
  • If enough kilograms are accumulated to move up a level within six months (June), the level upgrade will take place.
  • Beginning of the program: January 1st, 2023.

Aeromexico Rewards Business Companies can accumulate Aeromexico Rewards Points by purchasing cargo services provided by Aeroméxico Cargo, based on the accumulation model of kilograms in the following cases:

The accumulation of Aeromexico Rewards Points will have a one-month delay as it will be based on the numbers reported by IATA-CASS. It does not apply to no-shows or reservations on the ground that have not yet flown.

For accumulating Aeromexico Rewards Points with Aeromexico Cargo it is necessary to maintain an active client status through all of the months of the calendar year

The accumulable base Aeromexico Rewards Points are calculated based on the tonnage flown by the cargo service with Aeroméxico Cargo, according to the following table:

Exceptions for Accumulation with Aeroméxico Cargo

Kilometer accumulation does not apply in the following cases:

  • Flights operated by airlines other than Aeromexico Cargo, except when there is an AMCargo-issued airway bill.
  • Canceled or unboarded flights.
  • Canceled reservations, withdrawals, or no-shows.
  • The accumulation of Aeromexico Rewards Points for Aeromexico Rewards Business Accounts is only available for Elite, Priority, and Plus levels.

Restrictions:

FRAUD

PLM Premier, S.A.P.I. de C.V. reserves the right to take any actions it deems appropriate to automatically suspend or permanently terminate any Company enrolled in Aeromexico Rewards Business in case of detecting fraud, fraudulent behavior, and/or malpractice by Customers and/or Companies in the Aeromexico Rewards Business Accounts, as well as for non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions of the Program or for its own convenience.

Temporary suspension will result in the deactivation of the Business Account during the investigation period for irregular movements in the Aeromexico Rewards Business Account. The duration of the investigation will depend on each case. During this period, the Representative and/or Authorized Contacts will not be able to redeem the Benefits of the Business Account, and all Benefits will be suspended as an enrolled Company in the Program.

Permanent termination will result in the definitive cancellation of the Business Account, the Aeromexico Rewards Points credited in it, and all Benefits as an enrolled Company in the Aeromexico Rewards Business Program.

Personal Data

Any processing of personal data carried out by Aeromexico Rewards Business, as well as the exercise of ARCO Rights by Aeromexico Rewards Business Companies, will be conducted in accordance with the applicable Law and Regulation in the United Mexican States, as well as in compliance with the provisions of the Aeromexico Rewards Business Privacy Notice, which you accepted prior to your registration in Aeromexico Rewards Business (for consultation of the Privacy Notice, please visit: pending account address).

In accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law for the Prevention and Identification of Operations with Illicitly Obtained Resources and as a result of certain activities carried out by the Partners, which are considered by law as vulnerable activities, Aeromexico Rewards Business will share your Personal Data with the corresponding authorities.

The information derived from the Notices submitted to the competent authorities will be used exclusively for the prevention, identification, investigation, and sanctioning of operations with illicitly obtained resources and other crimes related to them. The aforementioned personal data will be kept in absolute custody, in accordance with the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States.

Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, regarding their interpretation or fulfillment, will be governed by the Law and jurisdiction of the Federal Consumer Protection Attorney of Mexico City, hereby waiving any other jurisdiction that, due to subject matter or domicile, present or future, may correspond to them.
