Travel safely with your company!

The current situation is still affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and consequently companies may face uncertainty regarding corporate travel. Air France and KLM offer their passenger more time and ease when traveling.

Learn about the latest updates that have been applied in the policy of reservation changes and refunds due to COVID-19:

  • If clients decide to change their travel plans:

• Longer time: Customers who have booked tickets to travel until September 30, 2021, who want to change their travel details, but do not yet know their new travel date, can choose one of the following two options:

• Request a refundable voucher *, which can be used for a new reservation or refund.

• Request a refund for the ticket.

These measures are an extension of the waiver of expenses for changes.

  • If the airline cancels flights:

• Greater ease: if it is the airline who cancels the flight, the policy of reservation changes and refunds no longer has a deadline. Regardless of clients' travel dates, they can:

• Change the flight reservation to a new one in accordance with the COVID-19 reservation change and refund policy.

• Request a refundable voucher *, which can be used for a new reservation or refund.

• Request a refund for the ticket.

Regardless of which previous option the client selects, it is important to know that it must be carried out before the original departure date, to avoid costs for no-show.

*Vouchers issued in 2020 can be redeemed before December 31, 2021. Vouchers issued as of January 1, 2021 will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

  • Atlanta-Amsterdam COVID-19 proof flights

Route without quarantine for negative tests

Book a COVID-proof flight with KLM or Delta

Since December 15, KLM and its transatlantic partner Delta Air Lines introduce a COVID-19-free travel corridor from Atlanta to Amsterdam. A unique step towards the recovery of the travel industry.

You can travel on KLM and Delta COVID-19-proof flights from Atlanta to Amsterdam 4 times a week, for 3 weeks. Self-isolation before departure and a negative test before and after the flight exempts you from 10 days of quarantine in the Netherlands. Delta Air Lines also offers a COVID-19-proof trip between Atlanta and Rome. Air France also plans to introduce the Atlanta to Paris-CDG route. If successful, the airlines hope to expand the program to other markets. COVID-19-proof flights can be booked for essential travel only. If you are passing through Amsterdam, you still need to follow the entry requirements and any mandatory quarantines at your final destination. For more information, see the KLM website.
