By registering or participating in this Promotion, you declare that you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions of “Venta Azul: August 2025”.

Term: The validity of this promotion will be from August 25 to September 1, 2025.

Promotion Description:  From August 25 to September 1, 2025, use your Aeroméxico Rewards Points to redeem your Aeroméxico Rewards Ticket on the following participating Aeroméxico routes during the eligible travel and cabin periods.

  • Get up to 40% (forty percent) off on participating Aeroméxico routes when redeeming an Aeroméxico Rewards Ticket during the designated purchase and travel periods. Offer valid only for Economy Cabin on selected routes.
  • Get up to 40% (forty percent) off on participating Aeroméxico routes when redeeming an Aeroméxico Rewards Ticket during the designated purchase and travel periods. Offer valid only for Premier Cabin on September 1, 2025.

Mechanics: For this promotion you must

  1. Be an Aeroméxico Rewards Business Member and have the number of Aeroméxico Rewards Points necessary to purchase the Aeroméxico Rewards Ticket you wish to purchase.
  2. Go to https://business.aeromexicorewards.com/?lang=en to learn about the routes, discounts and flight periods, as well as the terms and conditions of the promotion.
  3. Go to https://vuelaconpuntos.aeromexicorewards.com/
  4. Pay the Taxes corresponding to the Aeroméxico Rewards Ticket with a bank card.

 

Restrictions

  • The Promotion will only apply to those Aeromexico Rewards Business Members who have made their reservation from August 25 to September 1, 2025.
  • Apply for the Aeroméxico Rewards Business program.
  • Applies only to participating flight periods.
  • Applies only on selected routes.
  • Does not apply to Aeroméxico Rewards Ticket with Dynamic Fare.
  • Applies to single and/or round flights.
  • Promotion is subject to availability of spaces on the flight.
  • The routes apply in both directions.
  • Beyond routes do not apply, that is, all routes must have a starting and/or return point within the Mexican Republic.
  • This promotion only applies to the redemption of Aeroméxico Rewards Points.
  • Aeroméxico Rewards Business Members must pay the corresponding taxes for each ticket issued with a Mexican credit card.
  • The promotion will be valid through https://business.aeromexicorewards.com/
  • The Aeroméxico Rewards Ticket can be purchased in its entirety with Aeroméxico Rewards Points or through the Cash+Points modality.
  • Aeroméxico Rewards Business Members with suspended or canceled Aeroméxico Rewards Business accounts do not participate.
  • Mexican Visa, Mastercard and American Express Credit Cards are accepted.
  • The reservation and issuance of the ticket must be completed in a single operation.
  • Other terms and conditions of the Aeroméxico Rewards Ticket apply which can be consulted at https://business.aeromexicorewards.com/”.
  • It is not stackable with other promotions.
  • Aeromexico Rewards Business reserves the right to change or suspend temporarily or permanently without prior notice of any or all of the bases of the Program, including promotions and benefits.
  • Applies only to flights operated by Aeromexico and Aeromexico Connect.

Benefits

By participating in this Promotion, the Member may acquire the following benefit:

  • Up to 40% (forty percent) discount on participating Aeroméxico routes in Aeroméxico Rewards Ticket redemption, during the participating purchase and flight periods.

 

Fraud

Aeroméxico Rewards Business reserves the right to carry out actions it deems appropriate in the event of detecting fraud, fraudulent behavior or bad practices by Members in Aeroméxico Rewards Business Accounts.

PLM Premier, S.A.P.I. of C.V. reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any Aeroméxico Rewards Business Member from the Program, for non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions of Aeroméxico Rewards Business or otherwise to suit their interests, sufficient notification to do so. give in writing to the Aeroméxico Rewards Business Member 24 (twenty-four) calendar hours in advance. The temporary suspension will result in the disabling of the Aeroméxico Rewards Business Account during its term, so the Aeroméxico Rewards Business Member will not be able to: credit Points to their Aeroméxico Rewards Business Account, Redeem or Redeem the credited Points during said term. in your Aeroméxico Rewards Business Account and the suspension of all Benefits in your capacity as an Aeroméxico Rewards Business Member. The definitive cancellation results in the definitive cancellation of the Aeroméxico Rewards Business Account, the Points credited therein and all the Benefits in your capacity as an Aeroméxico Rewards Business Member.

General Terms and Conditions

Aeroméxico Rewards Points and this promotion will be subject to the rules of the Aeroméxico Rewards Business Program, which are available at https://business.aeromexicorewards.com/?lang=en

Aeroméxico Rewards Business reserves the right to modify the Promotions, Bonuses, as well as the Benefits at any time, without prior notice.

No registration for this Promotion will be eligible to access higher Aeroméxico Rewards Business levels (Gold, Platinum or Titanium)

Registration for the Program does not guarantee the availability of any prize from the Aeroméxico Rewards Business Program, and Aeroméxico Rewards Business is not responsible for whether or not the Member can use, exchange or redeem the Aeroméxico Rewards Points accumulated by registering for the Program or the Promotion.

In the event that any registration to the Program or Promotion is used by Members for improper purposes, or improperly obtained from a Bank Card, fraud or any other illegal means, Aeroméxico Rewards Business may, at its discretion, cancel, void or deny delivery and/or confiscate such, as well as pursue any and all rights and remedies that may be available.

The Member agrees to cooperate with all reasonable requests from Aeroméxico Rewards Business aimed at investigating or bringing legal action against anyone involved or suspected of being involved in misuse or fraud with respect to registration for the Program and this Promotion, as well as fraudulent conduct or bad practices by Members in Aeroméxico Rewards Business Accounts.

The Member accepts that the award and use of Aeroméxico Rewards Points are subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions and limitations of the Aeroméxico Rewards Business Program.

The Aeroméxico Rewards Points referred to in the Aeroméxico Rewards Business Program are not real physical Points but rather representation of credits in the Aeroméxico Rewards Business Program. These Points are not equivalent to or convertible into current cash currency.

 

Personal data

All processing of personal data carried out by Aeroméxico Rewards Business, as well as the exercise of ARCO Rights by Members, will be carried out in accordance with the Law and Regulations applicable in the United Mexican States, as well as subject to the provisions of the Notice. By accepting and participating herein, you expressly grant authorization for Aeroméxico Rewards Business to transfer your contact information (name, membership number, telephone number, email address) to Aerovías de México, S.A. de C.V., as well as to third parties subcontracted by Aeroméxico Rewards Business in order to grant the benefits of this promotion, the same data that may also be transferred to the companies that Aeroméxico Rewards Business determines for this purpose (including, without limitation, hotel chains, airlines, ground transportation services and similar).

In accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law for the Prevention and Identification of Operations with Resources of Illicit Origin and derived from certain activities carried out by Members, which are considered by Law as vulnerable activities, Aeroméxico Rewards Business will share your Personal Data with the appropriate authorities.

The information derived from the Notices submitted to the competent authorities will be used exclusively for the prevention, identification, investigation and sanction of operations with resources of illicit origin and other crimes related to them. The aforementioned personal data will be kept completely protected, in the terms of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States.

Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, in relation to their interpretation or compliance, will be governed by the Law of Mexico City. In the event of any controversy related to these Terms and Conditions, you may present your claim to the PROFECO (Federal Consumer Protection Agency), under the terms of the Federal Consumer Protection Law. Otherwise, the courts of Mexico City (formerly the Federal District) will be competent, therefore, the Member renounces any other jurisdiction that, due to his domicile or for any other reason, corresponds or could correspond to him, whether in present or in the future.
