Terms and conditions

By signing up for or participating in this Promotion, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions for “Hoteles en Linea Aeromexico Rewards: 3,000 Bonus Points”.

Term: This promotion will be valid from November 17th,2023 to November 20th, 2023.

Promotion description: Obtain a bonus of 3,000 Aeromexico Rewards Points when you stay with Hoteles en Linea on the website https://hotelesenlinea.aeromexicorewards.com/

• Booking Period: From November 17th,2023 to November 20th, 2023.
• Stay Period: From November 17th, 2023, to May 20th, 2024.

Rules:

1. Be an Aeromexico Rewards Member or sign up for free at https://www.aeromexicorewards.com/
2. Visit the promotion site at https://hotelesenlinea.aeromexicorewards.com/.
3. Reserve a minimum of 1 (one) night at any of the hotels available on the Hoteles en Linea Aeromexico Rewards site.
4. At the time of making the reservation payment, the Member must log in to Aeromexico Rewards with their Aeromexico Rewards account number. The bonus will be granted once the Member completes the entire reservation, meaning they have stayed at the hotel and checked out.
5. Stay at the reserved hotel.

Restrictions:

• Only hotel reservations made on the official page of this promotion at https://hotelesenlinea.aeromexicorewards.com/ will be valid.
• The Bonus will only be awarded to those Members who made their reservation during the validity of this promotion (from November 17th,2023 to November 20th, 2023) and on the designated stay dates (from November 17th, 2023, to May 20th, 2024).
• The bonus also applies to Aeromexico Rewards Business accounts.
• Aeromexico Rewards Points will not be granted in the event of reservation cancellation.
• The granted Bonus does not apply to Aeromexico Rewards level upgrades (Gold, Platinum, or Titanium).
• Not applicable with other promotions.
• Members with suspended or canceled Aeromexico Rewards accounts are not eligible.
• The bonus does not apply to confirmed bookings in partnership with Booking.com and Rocketmiles.
• The bonus will only be valid for stays at hotels shown on the special promotion site.
• Hoteles en Línea Aeromexico Rewards reserves the right to withdraw a bonus at any time if technical errors are detected, reservations are canceled and rebooked (with the same search criteria), or if there is any fraudulent behavior attempting to bypass the aforementioned limits, including multiple accounts.
• Aeromexico Rewards Points that cannot be accumulated due to incorrect or incomplete user information will become ineligible after 12 months.

Benefits, Bonuses, or Rewards:

Bonus of 3,000 Aeromexico Rewards Points for the completed reservation (in addition to the Aeromexico Rewards Points normally accumulated for booking on the Hoteles en Línea Aeromexico Rewards site - up to 25,000 Aeromexico Rewards Points per night) registered in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Aeromexico Rewards Points will be granted to the member's account within 2 (two) to 4 (four) weeks after the hotel stay is completed, meaning after check-out, and if the user meets the established conditions.

Changes and Cancellations:

In the event of reservation cancellation, Aeromexico Rewards Points will not be granted.

Communications to the Member:

The member will receive 2 (two) accumulation transactions in their account statement:

• 1 (one) for the accumulation of Aeromexico Rewards Points normally granted through Hoteles en Linea, depending on the chosen hotel.
• 1 (one) credit for 3,000 Aeromexico Rewards Points granted when taking this promotion through the Hoteles en Linea site.

If the Aeromexico Rewards Points have not been credited to the Aeromexico Rewards account after 5 (five) weeks from the stay, please contact the Hoteles en Línea Aeromexico Rewards staff via email (amhotelesenlinea@aeromexico.com) or by phone at (Mexico: +52 55 1519 4040 or US Toll-free: +1 855 412 2650).

 

Fraud 

Aeromexico Rewards reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate should it detect frauds, fraudulent conducts or wrongdoing by Members with Aeromexico Rewards accounts.  

 

PLM Premier, S.A.P.I. de C.V. reserves the right to suspend any Aeromexico Rewards Member temporarily or to terminate them definitively from the Program for failure to comply with Aeromexico Rewards’s Terms and Conditions or in order to protect its interests, notifying the Aeromexico Rewards Member in writing 24 (twenty-four) hours in advance. Temporary suspension shall result in the Aeromexico Rewards Account being disabled during its term. During said term, the Aeromexico Rewards Member shall thus be unable to credit Points to their Aeromexico Rewards Account and to Redeem or Exchange Points credited to their Aeromexico Rewards Account. All Benefits generally granted to Aeromexico Rewards Members shall also be suspended. Definitive termination shall result in the definitive cancellation of the Aeromexico Rewards Account, of any Points accredited to it and of all Benefits granted to Aeromexico Rewards Members. 

 

General Terms and Conditions

The Organizer of this Promotion is PLM Premier, S.A.P.I. de C.V. located at #243 floor 25 Paseo de la Reforma, Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City. holding Federal taxpayer’s ID PPR121105924.

This promotion will be subject to the rules of the Aeromexico Rewards Business Program, available on “the Website.”

Aeromexico Rewards Business reserves the right to amend Plans, the amount and the Benefits at any time, without prior notice.

No sign up to the Aeromexico Rewards Business program will be eligible to access higher Aeromexico tiers (Gold, Platinum or Titanium).

Enrollment into the Aeromexico Rewards Business Program does not guarantee the availability of any reward in the Aeromexico Rewards Business Program. Aeromexico Rewards Business is not responsible for the Aeromexico Rewards Business Company’s ability or inability to use, exchange or redeem Aeromexico Rewards Points accrued for signing up for the Aeromexico Rewards Business Program.

Should sign up for this Promotion or for the Aeromexico Rewards Business Program be used by the Aeromexico Rewards Business Company for improper purposes or unduly obtained from a Bank Card, fraud or any other unlawful means, Aeromexico Rewards Business may, at its sole discretion, cancel, void, refuse to honor and/or confiscate them and pursue any and all rights and remedies that may be available.

The Aeromexico Rewards Business Company agrees to cooperate with all reasonable requests by Aeromexico Rewards Business aimed at investigating or taking legal action against any party involved or any party suspected of being involved in the unlawful use of signup for this Promotion or the Aeromexico Rewards Business Program, of committing fraud with such signup, and fraudulent conducts or wrongdoing by the Aeromexico Rewards Business Company in connection with Aeromexico Rewards Business accounts.

The Aeromexico Rewards Business Company accepts the awarding and use of Aeromexico Rewards Points are subject to the Aeromexico Rewards Business Program terms, conditions, exclusions and limitations.

The validity of credited Aeromexico Rewards Points will be governed by the current Premier Point Validity Policy and by the Aeromexico Rewards Business Program rules.

Aeromexico Rewards Points referred to in the Aeromexico Rewards Business Program are not actual physical points, but a representation of credits in the Aeromexico Rewards Business Program. Said Points are not equivalent or convertible to cash currency.

Personal data

Any processing of personal data by Aeromexico Rewards Business, as well as the exercise of ARCO Rights by the Aeromexico Rewards Business Company, shall be done in accordance with the Law and Regulations applicable in the United Mexican States, and in compliance with the provisions of the Aeromexico Rewards Business Privacy Notice, which you accepted prior to signing up for Aeromexico Rewards Business (to review the Privacy Notice, please go to www.aeromexicorewards.com)

In accordance with the Federal Act for the Prevention and Identification of Transactions with Illegal Proceeds and as a result from certain activities by the Aeromexico Rewards Business Company which are deemed sensitive by the authorities, Aeromexico Rewards Business shall share your Personal Data with the relevant authorities.

The information contained in Notices given to the relevant authorities shall be used exclusively to prevent, identify, investigate and sanction transactions with illegal proceeds and associated crimes. The afore mentioned personal data shall be safeguarded under the terms of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States.

Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, in connection with their interpretation or compliance, shall be governed by the Law and jurisdiction of the competent Courts in Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of subject-matter or present or future address.
